Participatory Projects

I have worked as an Arts Tutor/Facilitator for many years with a number of different organisations. I have supported a wide range of people, of different ages and abilities, to explore and discover their own arts practice. I have worked for Action Space (actionspace.org) for over ten years. During this time I have delivered many creative projects for people with learning difficulties. This has ranged from working with whole class groups in schools to delivering workshops in the home. I believe this has provided me with strong transferable skills to work inclusively with people of all abilities. I strongly believe that art is a great form of expression and communication. In my experience I have found that people with difficulties in expressing themselves in daily life often find a voice through visual arts
